Hi Guys
I have and existing network running through the office with one server that has a pppoe connection for adsl, server ip 192.168.0.1 and the server dns setings is 196.23.1.11 and 196.25.1.11 . the adsl connection is shared from the server.
now i have assigned an ip between 192.168.0.1 to 255 to all the other machines and the subnet mask is 255.255.255.0 and default gateway is 192.168.0.1 and the dns settings are the same as the servers.
Now i want to connect a wireless router to the network to connect a few laptops on, but i want the laptops to obtain the ip address automaticly. this all works the laptops connect to the network and everything but they dont have4 internet access UNLESS i type my username and password in on the wireless router, this is not a modem only a router but it has that setting.
Is there any way i can setup the router so that when the laptop connects it has access without entering my adsl details in the roter ?
Sorry for the long post
Thanks
