Connection problem or invalid MMI code

Hi all.
I requested a Dual SIM on a data contract.
Received the SIM.
There was some errors last week with linking it.

Now the SIM connects to the network, but only on 3G (no 4G or 4G+).
You cannot make calls.
When you send any USSD codes, the response is "Connection problem or invalid MMI code."

I have been dealing with SME Enterprise Support Services the whole day, but the problem is STILL NOT FIXED.
I ordered this service on 02 September 2020, and I still am not enjoying the Dual SIM internet connection.
Very frustrating!

PLEASE help?
 
Problem was eventually addressed after about a week. The Dual SIM I received was barred on the network, according to SME Enterprize Support Services.
