Connection problem

i need help my sentech connection keeps disconnecting

i have tried a diff modem ( USB ) & it does the same
so i know its got summing to do with my machine

any ideas & tips

i dont wanna format

i have got a AV installed & scanned but found no viri

Which area are you in?

If you running a GigaByte motherboard, disable the HyperThreading in the CMOS.
