I use iTunes. There is a xiph plugin for Quicktime/iTunes, so just drag them in, rightclick and convert to AAC/MP3. Which one depends on your import settings. The only downside is that the plugin doesn't read all the metadata. I should see if there's an updated version though, I downloaded it almost a year ago.
