Morningside Durban still down. It's been over 12 hours now. This is not good from the No 1 Isp.

Thank goodness for the switch to CISP (which could've been smoother). Everything is faster and no fear of the AUP!

Mount Edgecombe Durban still down.

Obtaining an IP from CISP but cannot do jack.

Please let us know what is going on.

Two faults firstly the carrier to KZN had an MPLS fault, and when switching to our 3rd path an access router locked up in the process. Which has now all been resolved, apologies for the interruption.

Unfortunately the service was intermittent so difficult to trace and monitor as a fault, obviously we try make these things available to our customers as best we can.

Just a head up last week or so I posted about the long call centre queue and someone I referred to cool ideas.

All sorted. We did not enter the complex streetname and unit number of the application and only the Estate address. The follow up email from cool ideas somehow got missing but Openserve is installing today.

Centurion area once Openserve receives the order it take 1 or maybe 2 days MAX to get install date. They even do installs on weekends. :thumbsup::)
