Going out on a limb here.

Vuma installed all my neighbours' fibre within the same week of order. Have yet to hear from them since order placement on Sat.

Any chance I'll hear from 'em soon?

Would like to stream the rugga this weekend. Mobile data is expensive.

Nah we rely on Vumatel to police Active E lines, I have enquired with them and it seems they have a package mismatch issue.
Hopefully between all the chaos, they get the chance to send a team out my way soon for installation.

"Your IP has been banned." uh can you unban my IP please lol

@PBCool What are the t's and c's regarding CISP and Frogfoot in regards to canceling services before the 12th month? Just spoke to the CISP Connect Team, and they said it's calculated by the Accounts Team. Spoke to the Accounts Team and they said there is no cancellation fee is notice is given a full calendar month ahead of time.

So bit confused

It's depends when you signed up and under what terms?

Not really, what speedtest results do you get to the UK for instance? If the result is high that's typically the throughput you have available to resources on that side of the pond.

That looks like a Thales IP who don't actually directly peer only buy transit, so could be a saturated link on their end?
