Thanks man, running well so far but going to have to put some kilos on to give it a proper shakedown. No mods planned, although I want a set of roof racks. How is your French Affair going?

She is going strong, was legit expecting some issues as it is French car. There is some weird electronic thing I need sort out still. The car can only be locked with the remote shortly after you remove the key from the ignition. If you wait a min or so, the car won't respond to the lock or unlock on the remote . This means evertime I use the key to unlock the car, but can atleast lock it with the remote.

Sounds like something is killing power to the remote antenna unit. Any aftermarket alarms or immobilisers installed on it? Electrics are always a pain to sort out, but a good diagnostic tool should be able to point you in the right direction at the very least
