Hi Guys

Anybody else here using CoolIdeas Fibre service?

It seems that they are suddenly running connections through a proxy server overseas - IP address 198.143.37.41

No wonder I have been getting shuch sh#tty performance from them lately!

That IP doesn't belong to the Cool Ideas. It belongs to Incapsula, which is a CDN. So, whatever website you're trying to access could probably be using them. Which website are you trying to access? Are you sure you're using Cool Ideas's DNS?

My connections go directly

If you are accessing through a mobile Android device, Google generally proxies everything natively. It's not something we do.

If you're referring to my screenshot, nope. VPN to home was active ;)

I'm not, i'm referring if you do an IP lookup from an android device it proxies you through googles service which might be relative to the OP. :)
