I've been using it for about 3 weeks now, doesn't crash as much as the previous versions, def think it's good upgrade, but still alot of features I have e-mailed corel about that they haven't implimented, I'm starting to get the idea I'm being ignored.

im sorry but corel x4 is such a waste of time

they didnt even upgrade power trace

i uninstalled it and im back on x3 now

downloaded to test and to be honest i see nothing that makes my life easier, its not an upgrade thats for sure

x3 never crashes on my pc

i cannot justify buying corel x4 when hardly anything has changed

I need the feature to be able to 'save as version 9' as default.

We have to save all ads as version 9, and X4 (as with all versions) defaults to version 14 but ya, I've e-mailed many times, no replies, bloody tossers!

killadoob, I have to agree with you though, for me, I don't really see the new features, it's just more stable, when I mess with text in older versions, it always crashes at the worst times, so far, X4 has performed very well and even when it does crash, that emergency type save feature works very well.
