Countdown to vape free year (Help)

My mom went to the doctor recently but looks like champix is out of stock for a long time. Something wrong with the supply or something but I don't think I need it
I have heard some horror stories regarding Champix, suicidal thoughts, mental problems etc. was not that keen to rely on chemicals so just quit cold turkey with regards "stinkies"

but how long in your opinion does it take for the actual cravings to go away etc?
The biggest hurdle is the first 3 days.

Cravings will mostly last up until 3 months after quitting and I can tell you, those are worst than the first 3 days IMO... it won't be constant though.

Edit: Supplements, patches, and anything else people say "help" with quitting did not help for me, just prolonged the agony until I started again.

Guvments coming with their massive vape tax soon too, so a good time to quit, don't give those ***** free money. Reminds me, must get some bulk stock of nicotine before the tax. DIY with vape flavour concentrates, VG, PG and nic will be where its at unless you want to pay 3x as much as now. Want to make some pocket money? Stock up now to resell, you can be the Chicago of cigarettes during lockdown ban lol.

Jesus this is a lot harder than I thought I cracked and got gum. My coil is burned to shyt now. 20230103_130358.jpg

Gum is good, helped me stop cigs over 5 years ago (40 year habit).

If you can't manage to stop, cut it down gradually - took me years but I stuck to it.
Don't get angry with yourself, just keep at it.

If you're going to substitute one delivery system for another why not stick with the vaping and gradually ween yourself off the nicotine?

Read this. It’s an easy read and I found it to be a great primer for the process. Nicotine can be a tough addiction to kick.
I did the course, and I'm really glad I did.

Not only made it easy quite, but I was a happy ex-smoker. Lots of ex-smoker feels they are deprived of something and that makes them unhappy.

Its another option I can look at. I am probably hitting Mauritius again this year and might just leave the vape behind (you can't buy vape stuff in Mauritius).

:X3:

I tried meds years ago. Zyban. Became mentally unstable where I was just fine before that. Ended up swallowing motor oil and then psych ward.
One day also just suddenly convinced there was something in my head that I need to take out. Did not try to, but was very close to.

I just like vaping

and I know I should stop it as well.
The V could have been an R.

So count your blessings.
