Coup/protest in the US

Are these protests peaceful or violent? It looks very peaceful to me, compared to the peaceful protests in June 2020.

I have to say the coverage from MSM is a LOT better this time round.

so how will all this end? I mean will we potentially get the US breaking up and saying "not my president"
last time there were these kind of disagreements the founding fathers like George Washington and the British were involved.

could it be thats were were heading in the same direction?
or is it Trump spoke to people that felt "left out" of mainstream politics
and managed to get traction with them in the first place, and is now exploiting that to great effect.
This.

It is a good question as to what happens to the USA over the next few years.

All going down in Murica....now who's the shithole country!
Although I understand your intent, I'm afraid this hasn't changed much. I mean even their lower "bailout" for the average citizen is above our minimum pay grade.

Talking about bailouts, that's just socialism for companies btw. So yeah, America has been a socialist state for a while now.

nah man, the more I am watching this shitfest.... -I am sensing dumbness, and the more they speak, just affirms the dumbness ....have they really been dumbed down so much in the states... has social media entered that next level of manipulation/control... just rage and anger, primal ...America, you have a moerse problem...

You're right. The right and their support media organisations condemned BLM protests with Trump as late as last week calling them terrorist organisations. Now that it is the right who stormed the seat of Congress, the left are shouting from the roof tops and the rights are playing it down and trying to "understand" the protestors with Trump excusing them and responsible for the violence. So, yes bunch of hypocrites.
Both sides are a bunch of hypocrites. If that does not change things will only escalate. What happened last year only encouraged this bunch.

Rubbish, there are varying degrees of breaking the law.
Nonsense, whether your riot attacks innocent citizens and burning down their businesses or invades parliament and stops them from doing their work - it is the same thing.

Both are attacks on people just wanting to get on with their lives.

It seems the lot from the left has still not learned anything.

The lot who stormed the Capitol building will learn soon enough that it is definitely not the same thing.

When your last words on Twitter is "They can try stop us" before you get shot.

I've seen both the videos. How entitled must you be to attempt to break into a secure government area with a gun pointing at you and think you won't get shot or to condemn the guy who shot you.

And those morons with their video cameras droning over her while she is dying. What an apathetic and pathetic nation the USA is.
Well they were encouraged by the riots last year that had zero consequences for the rioters and their political encouragers.

Hopefully they will get the full might of the law thrown at them, however if the same thing does not happen on the left the resentment will grow and things will escalate.

Last night was bewildering, I've never seen so many angry conspiracy loons frothing at the mouth at thinking they're right about one of their fantasies (It's going to be war). Then the riot police moved in and quelled the minor insurection.

Anyone that was arrested yesterday is going to made an example of.

14000 people arrested last year at the various protests and riots. Several thousand people charged.

Last night? 13 people arrested.
