The map is painted on the assumption of using the signal strength of a USB modem, 0.5m above ground level. However, obstructions will affect the signal strength.
In the above case the signal strength would improve by moving 3m further up from ground level. The current signal costing is -97 at the current location, well outside the acceptable limits of -85.
It is better to work on signal costing, instead of purely using the dashboard signal strength as an indicator.

How did you come by these stats?
As the guys on site never used my antenna to check signal.
My antenna is on the roof of my house, how can it be 3m below paint line according to your above comment.
From when the signal was good to know there are no new obstructions.
I'm in a fair coverage area according to your coverage map, a co-worker is in a poor area and gets 900kps-1mps
Sorry, but I'm just trying to fathem how is goes from good signal to flat line.
