Cricket: International Discussion Thread

Aussies are racist as much as they say they aren't.
Their cricketers also like to dish it out but then can't take anything in return (looking at you Sandpaper Warner...blaming the SA cricketers for getting personal while the Barmy Army had been singing derogatory songs about your wife, while saying all sorts of nasty, short man syndrome stuff).

Hope India recovers and thrashes them.

India are 206/3 with 201 needed from the final 2 sessions to win. Unlikely that Jadeja will bat. Not sure. Interesting match position though.

Very interesting...India getting a draw seemed unlikely after the first innings yet here we are with a win still a small possibility. Especially after Rahane got out so early in the morning.

Jean Pant has been very good so far.

I actually cant watch when a ozzy spinner is bowling. The constant noise that keeper makes, hnngggg

Quite incredible, I thought India would be out before tea.

To be honest, this will do more for India than the Aussies. After more racist chanting, they deserve to lose the series. Ponces.
Hoping that India go into the Brisbane test more buoyed and attacking.

So after crying about people being called names you do it yourself. Double standards much?

Well done to India drawing.

Aus dropped a number of catches.

Well, there's a difference between chanting racist slogans and calling those same people ponces. Maybe, if I offended your sensibilities, I should call then "not very nice people". Would that be better?
I mean, they'll be called racists in Australia or something else when prosecuted, so surely they'd be something. Right?

It just shows your double standards.

...and the law? When it labels them as racists? Are they using double standards too? You're a special kind of person to have to resort to racially abusing a player, and if you're condoning that then fine.

If you're condoning that and finding fault with me calling these people ponces, then fine. But I'd be more concerned with condoning their behaviour than worrying about my feelings on them.

He isn't condoning anything those guys in Aus have said, he's simply pointing out that you're equally guilty.

Sorry, then I apologise for calling them horrible names and for offending your sensibilities.
I'll let the Aussie courts label them as racists. Or ponces, knowing how straight-forward they tend to be.

Lol. I'm not offended at all, just amazed how you're all upset by their actions yet proceed to do exactly the same.
