CRICKET: SA v India

SA are throwing away a good foundation here... they better sort it out now. I want my beers

anyways India had their fair share of bad decisions so can't complain on what happened to Gibbs..

Erm wtf?gibbs was out.he didnt feel it cos he hit his pad.but there was a deflection of the bat.commentators agreed.

What are the reviews? - Is there perhaps a small chance that we will be able to bowl them out on Day 4. and continue to bat on Day 5?

Absolutely there's a better than even chance of bowling them out. Whether we can get whatever they set us is another matter, deteriorating pitch and all that. We must hope!

I do think we should have declared a little earlier, say 16h30 with 70 runs behind and then had them 3 down before the close today. They spent a hot day in the field and we should have made use of that, then had them all out for 200 at tea tomorrow giving us a day and a session to get 270.

As long as the pitch keeps deteriorating, we'll get a result, but it's a lottery.
 
Difficult to see where this one will go. Firstly, we'll need to see if India decide to play cricket tomorrow, in other words play for a win - or if they rather just tap the ball around in a much unwelcomed game of tiddly-winks, in which case i'll rather watch the clouds go by.

SA need to have that steve waugh mental cap on - WE WILL WILL. As in the game of cricket, anything can and does happen. But the 'we WILL win' attitude must be there until the very end.

Maybe SA can bowl India out tomorrow. Now normally i would give SA every chance of doing this, but SA havent played good test cricket, and India have played a little better then there usual crappy way.

Previously SA would knock over India no worries, but jeez, like, it aint like that these days.

I think that Haron Lorgat(spelling)?? causes kuk since he has come on board and became the boss, he seems to ruffle a few feathers with the squad. And i also heard something the other day that sounded strange, it was something to do with the next world cup, but cant remember what it was, just remember thinking that this guy sees to run SA cricket with a iron fist.

So perhaps loran aint helping the cause, but there are probs in the way SA are playing tests that need to be sorted out.

They are a long, long way from being no.1.

One Indian I am always wary of is that Sehwag fellow... once he gets going he can hurt us bad :(
