Poor guy, if he has a bad day the whole team seems to follow...
I want to protest for Amla to join the ODI team!!
Who with me?

Amla++;
:D

This guy dominates the domestic series and doesn't get a chance in the internationals:confused:

I think it depends in which spot they would bat him, and then you would have to look at who is gonna be dropped. I'm not sure where he bats for the Dolphins though, anyone care to shed some light for me?

Okay, looking forward to tomorrow. The coach must do something drastic for the game, like giving Gibbs a joint before the game, and let him do what he does when he is high. :D

Hey, worked great the last time. :p

We have granted them 3 games in a row. Time for the boys to get back to playing winning cricket.

Well, for me this particular one day series is meaningless. Even if we lose 0 - 5.
I'll forget about about it in a month, the test series I'll remember for a long long time.

The only time England beat us in a meaningful ODI was back in 1992.
Otherwise we just kick their asses, like last time it was 4 - 1.
Was also a 6 -1 back in 1996 I think.

For me each series is important.

ODI's are separate from the test series and should be treated with respect. Yeah we won the test series but after winning the test the seal the series we have been very poor. The performance in the last test was poor and it hasn't improved in the first 2 odi's.

Had we won this odi series we would be number 1 in the odi series. England is a poor odi side as the west indies and new zealand has shown in the past few years by beating them on home turf. I am very unhappy with our current performance I see it as a total lack of professionalism.
