CRICKET: SA vs Pakistan

anyone staying in Centurion? How's the weather up there? pouring in JHB now so I assume it's not looking good for the cricket.

Its crap, wet, wet overcast no sun yet.
Lol and the lady doing the weather last night, said sunny skies predicted for the week!:D
 
I sure as $h1t hope that it starts to clear up in the next 30 minutes!!

If we can get on the park after lunch or so, we should have more than enough time.

Next 30 mins highly doubt it, there isolated drizzels! Lol.
Will have to wait for lunch.
 
Play will start at 11:15.

Clouds have lifted, but still a threat though.

But we just need 40 or so overs.

I believe that word is "AND THEN"..
he says it in every sentence and sometimes its horribly out of context... And the way he says it cracks me up every time.

But otherwise he is fairly good and unbiased. He is still biased towards Pakistan but against India i think he was unbiased...
Definately better than sa commentators.. They suck the worst in the world. Other than cass Naidoo and maybe gareth flusk. Rest are all ***. Especially craig marais. Remember the days of trevor quirk? OMS i fell asleep every time he spoke
 
SABC commentary sucks (insert some bad language).

Supersport is slightly better, but only because most of them use to play test cricket and gives some interesting views every now and then.

Cass?? no offence but she copy's what the other commentators speak about,ive noticed that she rely's heavy on gareth to help her out(off-air),Ok ok you cant go blame her she is a nice person i guess in RL but she was thrown in the deep end with cricket.:o

She is learning :D

Neil Manthorpe isn't that bad...Aamir Sohail is a decent commentator...Fav is Ian Bishop tho - Unbiased commentary.

wont comment on the others tho :p
 
Well, Cass Naidoo has no cricket experience to draw from, she is a tv presenter after all.

If you take that into account, she's not doing too badly.
 
I like Gareth Flusk, he uses the wierdest words to describe stuff, its refreshing sometimes.

yeah bishop isnt too bad,i like him.

i enjoy when there is a batsman and a bowler on-air.
