Cricket: The Women's Cricket Thread

What a game. It really looked like the Pakistan team were going to walk this. Not our best bowling up front. Beautifully closing down the scoring in the end with a number of wickets. Well played Ladies!
 
Looks like the ladies are catching the men's dead rubber illness. 59/3. All 3 very soft dismissals.
 
This was definitely another low point in cricket for the Proteas mens and womens. So disappointing to see a good series end like this.

Out of interest, where was Tazmin Brits in this one? If she was rested, what a monumental error.

They are preparing for the world cup in a weeks time.
Makes perfect sense to rest britz and kapp today. The one I am baffled about not playing is dercksen as she hasn't really had much of a hit.
You need to give every one a hit and today was the perfect opportunity.

Lets not react. Its disappointing they lost but it wasn't world record defeats like the men.
 
A couple of warm up games today. Bangladesh just outlasting Sri Lanka. India taking a rain affected game against New Zealand.

A pity out outing against Bangladesh was washed out. Proteas have another game against Pakistan as a warm up tomorrow.
