In 1999 Aussie nearly didn't make it past the group stage after losing to NZ and Pakistan. They beat Scotland, Bandgladesh and WI on their way to Super 6's and the over all title..Actually i believe in the aussie way of world cup cricket, win every single game you play!!!!!!!
WTF are you talking about? They go out to win every match as does each and every team competing in the world cup (except maybe Pakistan). Defeats are never planned (except maybe Pakistans).

Because the batsmen shouldn't have to chase 171?
Fsck all of you who use the *choker* tag. Rather support another country if you want to be that fickle.
While I'm upset that we lost, I'm glad that it happened now and not later in the tournament.
It's not the ending of the fscking world!

... perhaps the part when some guy provided a whole lot of fish and bread? And then choked on it?I'm going to go read my bible, there must be something in there to describe what happened today and why.
For me Faf's silly and pointless run out was the turning point... He had done all the hard work, sort of got himself in then that.. Not blaming him for the loss but certainly a turning point...
I don't like talking to you because you go out of your way to make silly comments like this, the english shouldn't have made 200, we should have easily won. 6 wickets 48 runs. Bowling fielding, wides, no balls whatever mean nothing when you sit 124/3 needing 50 more runs.
