Cricket world cup discussion thread

Biggest problem with this WC, is that electronic trumphet they have to keep on blowing over the loudspeaker system @ each & every game, about 1000 times per game.
This forces me to watch with the sound down, as it's so irritating. Also, that ''yahoo'' voice.
I know these things have been used before @ other tournaments, so it's for exactly this reason that it's now become old.

Where did this rubbishing idea originate ?

My guess is Australia or NZ.

Haha funny. Not so long ago people were saying exactly the same thing about JP and AB.
