Anyway.

Do India feel like throwing this game to avoid Aus? Some say this Aus team is not good enough to take the cup, IMO they will still beat the likes of Proteas. And are champions of this competition.
What should India do?

How old are you? 12? :p The Proteas respect some teams, scared is the wrong terminology to use. They professional sportsman, not kids returning to the bedroom during a power failure...

Semis:
Ind v Pak
SL v SA

I recon that means India will be in the final. And I am sorry to say guys but I can't see us winning against SL in SL not with Mendis, Murali, Malinga, Sangakara and Dilshan. This is of course all assuming Ind beats WI. Should Gayle be on form and WI wins then it is a completely different look. That means Aus v WI in the one quarter and SL v Ind in the other. That would be the best possible result for us actually. That would mean Aus will beat WI and I feel Ind can beat SL which will make it Ind v SA and Aus v Pak in the semis. Then it is a toss up I feel SA V Aus/Pak for the final.

But what ever happens people just shouldn't call them chokers should we again fall out in the semis. They have played excellent cricket this time round. Even NZ is not going to be a walk over.

I would in the past agree with you. But this current SA is more balanced for those conditions with the likes of tahir,botha and peterson we have spinners to deal with those conditions. We can beat sri lanka in a one of game in sri lanka, a series might be pushing it but once off sure.

It really is about playing 3 great games. Lets hope our boys can put it together.

What WC have you been watching. SA has taken 80 wickets in 8 games (including the warmup matches) that means we have bowled out every single team we have played against. The only team to have done so. So the bowling is pretty damned balanced.

And when you look at the batting you will see that Amla is number 1 in the world, with De Villers number 2, Kallis 15, Smith and Duminy tied at 18th. So that would mean our top 5 batsmen are all in the top 20 in the world. Sounds pretty balanced to me.

When you say the team isn't balanced, you sound like someone who just comes here and talks BS. So let's hear from you what should a balanced team look like.

They scared, like how Smith is scared of Zaheer.

Balanced would be the incorrect terminology. They ok, this is the same team that everyone has said I'd the weakest ever to go to the WC and now everyones praising them, they beat the minnows only, scraped a win against the hosts, how can you say they the most balanced in the cup?

Pakis have respect for Proteas? The last tournament they destroyed the Proteas... Afridi blew kisses to Kallis, but to say respect lol that's funny.

I'm impressed that they've cleaned up the tail, just not convinced that it was the bowling but rather useless batting from the opposition, Indias collapse aswell.

India 83, Paki 92, between them made almost every final ever since. Including 20twenty??

This is ODI's.

India = 28 years ago.
Pakistan = 19 years ago
Sri Lanka = 15 years ago

Coming second does not count, just means that they have been choking since way back when.
