There must be some truth in what she has said,
I think you should just be honest about how you feel.
But the key is to lay it down, and then to give her space to make a decision. Step back after telling her. Let her have a think and she will come back with an answer that is real and true. You waited this long, a few more days wont hurt

I'm no Dr. Ruth but this is how I see it.
No matter what the time of evening tonight (You should have done it sooner). Get in your car and drive to PTA and meet her. Without dragging it out, tell her about what she said at the place you where drinking. If she tries to interrupt you tell her to pls listen as you have something you want to get off your chest. Then proceed to tell her with 100% honesty how you feel about her and that you just felt you needed to tell her your honesty as soon as possible and that is why you're there.
Once done, and she stands there contemplating everything you said, just turn around and walk away. Nature should take it's course from there. Meaning 1 of 2 things:
1. She calls you back and tells you she feels the same or why she doesn't.
2. You keep walking get in your car and drive home.
Suck it up and get some balls man. This could be the best thing to ever happen to you and you're letting it slip through your hands very slowly. She might be meeting Mr. Right tonight which could have been you instead

Ouch you don't really want to drag it out hey. I don't know if you should drive to see her now - that's something you have to decide really. You know her situation, if she really doesn't have time or if she's making excuses not to see you. You kinda have to step up to the plate sooner or later though - and sooner is a lot better than later in this situation.
I agree, she knows what’s coming and she is scared just as much as you are. I suggest that you get in your car asap and just go tell her how you feel otherwise this will drag on for another week…………strike while the iron is still hot.
