I heard my buddy on 1080ti doing less R30 a day lol
I haven't been there in weeks. Maybe I should check for a laugh/cryAntminer L3+ owners - I noticed mine just rebooted. I checked up time and the other has been up for 9 hours so it rebooted at some point in the day too. I came across this:

Anyone else noticed this?
Going to see what firmware I have...
Latest is here:

*EDIT* I have the latest, so clearly it hasn't sorted the issue out.

Dear xxxxxx,
Thank you for contacting us. Even though the miner is hashing well, rebooting can be caused by a faulty hash board.
Please try reloading the firmware:
https://s3.cn-north-1.amazonaws.com.cn/shop-bitmain/download/Antminer-L3+-201708251737-384M.tar.gz
Run the miner for 20 minutes after loading.
If it still does not work please test each hash board separately to determine which one is defective.
To test each hash board separately: keep the PSU connectors and controller cable on one of the hash boards connected and disconnect the cables from the other two hash boards. With the miner running you can see the status of the connected hash board.
Here is more detail: http://support.bitmain.com/hc/en-us/articles/226142788-Testing-hash-board-one-by-one
On the miner status screen defective chips are displayed as "xxx", "---" or " ASIC≠72
Once you know which part is defective please create a Repair ticket and ship the part back to us according to these instructions: https://shop.bitmain.com/workOrderGuide.htm
http://support.bitmain.com/hc/en-us/articles/222648028-How-to-disassemble-miners
Please pack the hash boards carefully. If the PINs are lost due to shipping damage it will void the warranty. Here is a video demonstrating how to pack the boards: https://youtu.be/Z0LdykALhxI
Please let us know if you have additional questions or concerns, or of this does not solve the issue.
Best regards,
Barbara

Hi Barbara, the troubleshooting steps are a bit confusing. As you can see with the screenshots I sent, the status screen shows all chips are functioning fine. I have never seen any showing "xxx" or "---" on the status screen. Will disconnecting hashboards make a difference? Or should I just be testing to see if it reboots with only one hashboard connected at a time? Also, I have other colleagues here in South Africa who are all experiencing the same issue on the latest firmware. Regards,

@Antminer owners - is there any benefit to having multiple pools / workers in the setup? I see space for 3 - just wondered if I should include others as well...

gonna have about 12k extra this month.
Which GPU('s)? to spend it on. Got 4 extra spaces on my one rig.
Helps to have others in case there is a temp issue with the server you're using.
Thanks! If it starts mining on the second pool (or third), does it resume on the first when connectivity is restored? Just curious (if you know).
Try and fine some amd rx 470 mining cards, think there is a few on carb.
