Anyway, BTC/ZAR hit 28000 again, if payout is BTC then nice for now :)

I have a sell order on 28400, now watch it turn short of that OR climbing well beyond :D

Had the same problem, thought it was related to motherboard/CPU overclocking.
Nope, I actually reset the BIOS before reinstalling Win10 and didn't want to overclock because I din't know what to expect. So the CPU is stock standard. Its something to do with NiceHash

Did you know that NiceHash is not actually only one application. Almost every algorithm is run by a different application and you can launch them manually if you want without NiceHash running, just remember to always make sure your BTC address is in the config file of whatever application - NiceHash passes these to the app automatically when you start mining. If you don't do this, you're mining for the developer - I read somewhere if you don't pass an address, the app uses the hardcoded address of the developer. So he basically gets money for your machine's hard work.

That algorithm is not available in Nicehash for me :( Lowly 2GB 1050 can (perhaps) apparently only mine ETH on golddigger which I have not tried (it allegedly splits the DAG in fragments to bypass 2GB limit issue)
Its not available for me either, there are ways and means around that (in my case it won't include NiceHash). I'll play around this weekend and let you know what I find.

Some of these payouts are more than 13 BTC

https://www.nicehash.com/index.jsp?p=miners&payments

Do you fill a factory space with rigs/asics to mine 13 BTC in a couple of weeks ?
Not necessarily. If me, you and all the other guys who commented in this thread fill in the same BitCoin address in NiceHash we will have the same effect. We'll then have to fight and figure out amongst ourselves who gets how much of the loot :)

Before starting NiceHash miner, select your CPU as well, benchmark it against CryptoNight and only then start mining. An easy (up to) 1$ extra per day. My 4690K is bringing in $0.70 as we speak.

Only hiccup is at times the entire PC freezes...like now...So now I'm not sure if it's still mining and just the screen is frozen or whether its doing nothing. So now I have to wait another 75 minutes for my kids to get home to hard reset it.
Yep, my i5 hobbles along on CryptoNight too.

Used to deposit my mined coin into Altcointrader wallet. This time tried Luno. It says however in Luno, that the transaction needs to be confirmed 3 times by the Bitcoin network before its added to my account. How long does this confirmation take? Its still stuck on 0 of 3.

Normally 30 mins to an hour.

I see, then I may as well increase my overclocking again and get the few extra again.

Yep, I know about bin and bin 3'rd party (or something like that), I tried out their build of nhequiminer for zcash on luckpool. It accumulated some coins (or rather fractions of course) but who knows where else it mines to as well (perhaps for certain time intervals).

That'd be cool, but remember I'm limited to the 2GB/DAG issue so I'm probably screwed anyway.

Keep Bytecoin (BCN) in the visors, 200+ % growth between 15 to 17 May following a more than 100+ % between 5 to 7 May, in turn following a relative stable prior pattern.
