Cryptocurrency Mining

I've got a schitload of SIA, I'm stopping mining it tomorrow. I'm also looking for a replacement coin. I think I'll do this weekly on my backup rig since my main miner is still doing the nicehash dance.

I ran dcr for a short while. Shaved just over 1mh/s off my eth per card. So went back to eth+sia.

I've heard of 1060's doing 25MH/s, and besides, 1070 cost around 8k to 9k now which sucks. Not to speak about availability

But at what sort of temp and power consumption? How stable is that? I'm running 5 x 1060 at about 110-115mh/s eth + sia for small change. Pulling 500w at the wall.

This Nicehash mining profitability makes no sense at the moment, it's almost half of what it would be if I mined directly on a pool.

Seems like we need some more tinfoil in here as well...
NH doesn't take your hash power, they resell it. If the buyers are only offering tiny amounts then you as the seller lose out, and vice versa

I have a big tinfoil Sumbrero, the market place was looking good, that's why it didn't make sense to me, I only had a quick glance maybe I missed something, it's been doing well since the pump yesterday.

Edit: this is for scrypt.

No Tinfoil hat required. His comment was tongue in cheek lol.

Have you tried antpool?
