Ok ... lets kick it off ... I have not seen a thread yet, so here goes :)

I have pre-ordered my copies (2 of, one for me & one for the missus), I have never played Multiplayer on the previous Crysis, so this one is gonna be all new for me .. But it looks awesome!

p.s, if pre order from btgames you get upgraded to limited edition for free :P
 
Yeah, getting the limited Ed at no extra cost ... Just about anyone doing pre-order sales is offering it. I Purchased mine for "free" with ebucks via look & listen. I am resisting the temptation to play the demo!! I want the real McCoy ;) Besides, still fart arseing around with BLOPS till then ... stuff that DLC!

Going to go Sandy Bridge as soon as the Mobo issue is sorted out in April .... Run that baby at about 3.8ghz for sure!!! I know what Crysis 1 did to my machine ... eish. But then I did play with a 8800GT back then, been running a GTX280 since. But my old q6600 might battle a bit.. will see!

yeah i pretty much upgraded my pc for this game, last few months, sadly the dx11 only coming with patch later on :(


but dx9 still looks very good :)
 
G - SB is sorted, you can go and purchase bra. I am getting mine in about a week's time. Just waiting for payday... :(
 
Give the mp demo a go if you haven't already. Smooth gameplay, like zero lag, and the nanosuits make it interesting!

Seriaaas ?? I read only towards the end of April .... YAY, must phone my supplier!

Damm just phone my supplier ...stock will only be released end of March, he cant even confirm prices yet :( ... but thats better than end of April!

I'm first gonna check it out at Slaughters house, and then decide to buy or not :D

This Blops fiasco, made me cautious in purchasing on the launch date :sick:

hmmm I have a bit of an issue though ... my wife and I are expecting our first born around the end of the month,
you think she will be upset if I started playing a new game while she was in labour, I hear it can take up to a few
days :}

Eish ... its when that baby gets home that u are gonna be buggered ... catch some play between feeds ... theres no hanky panky for 6 weeks after, so make good use of it ;)
 
No offense, but this seems to be another half arse release, if they are only gonna release DX11 with a patch later on. :erm:

This is making me think, so the leaked game wasn't beta/demo/whatever they said, cause their reason was, that that leak version didn't have DX11 and if the released game also doesn't have DX11...
 
leaked one did :)

delete the dx9 files, rename dx11 files do dx9 then it loads up in dx11, for me it was window only but my friend got it fullscreen in dx11.
 
Nah, I'm skipping Crysis 2. Played the demo a bit, cant see me being entertained for more than a month. I like my bigger maps and vehicles more. Hence I'm collecting my pre-ordered Homefront on Friday.
