Crystal Web DSL performance feedback thread Part 4...


I have no clue what my details are for that and the forgot password doesn't work. What's also great is that the only way you know your password is wrong is by nothing happening or, if you're using the dev tools, this:

Comes 10PM all packet loss disappear and everything is stable.
 
What happened to the usage emails? Last one I received was the 22nd. I'm not seeing the same information in the client portal.
 
Upload still not 100% but it could be due to my kids and wife being online....

Mod_note: These threads are clearly designed/intended for customers to provide feedback to their respective ISPs - not for disgruntled former customers to vent, not for other ISPs to promote their services, etc - and, one hopes, for the relevant ISP to respond.
 
I'm with Vumatel and CW - 20/20 .... getting 19.83/17.20 - ping 1. during week is over 20u and over 18d
fail to understand why 100/100 is necessary. i'm not a games player thinking maybe that's the reason....?

Nope, my ping to the exchange is constantly < 5ms. The issue is definitely on the CW network. I tested with another ISP and the erratic latency and packet loss disappeared completely. Gaming on EU servers has been really bad for the last couple of weeks during peak time in the evenings. CW says they are busy with HW upgrades and that the problems will be resolved within the next week.
