New mail address though, so have to apply a new filter.
I used only 9GB yesterday during the capped window, near 65GB outside of it. :D

I must somehow magically be on an uncapped account now, because I have no capped usage total.

So whats the issue with Crystal Web lately anyway? Can someone give me a clue? lol
Chatted to support and they said everything was perfect their side... I don't believe that for a minute.

Is it network issues or throttling? Because I'm on home premium and I should not be throttled...for the past couple weeks my torrent and mega.nz speeds have been running at under 100kbps... steam at around 200kbps.... nevermind 480p YouTube videos BUFFERING!

Just wondering if I should put up with it a bit longer in the hopes of them sorting whatever out, or move on to another ISP.

Confirm if you have been deprioritze for downloading wholesale data or something like that. It's throttling but they don't like calling it that.

Something weird looks to be going on. Performance is generally fine on my Openserve fibre, so perhaps the issues are confined to DSL. News servers get atrocious speeds for me, even with a paid-for premium provider and not the complimentary servers. So it has to be aggressive shaping. Weird considering that torrents perform well enough to not notice any shaping that may or may not be in place.
 
Mine also dead today. What a royal fukup. Havent downloaded a torrent or anything for that matter in weeks. Used my 20mb fibre only for mining. Today I fire up a torrent and it falls over.
 
shweet low ping again, streaming is finally going without hiccups and full line speed on downloads ...... was an awesome CW day, long may it last

but speedtest is usually useless to track down performance and shaping problems, simple because most isp's PRIORITIZE speedtest.
I think they do this to clutter your mind and to deflect from their problems / shaping.
