agree about the debit order. I refuse to do that for anything....well, except car payment.

House payment, car payment, and insurance are the only ones that there doesn't seem to be a choice.

The rest can suck it. I cancelled with CW more than a week ago, and am still getting e-mails that it must be "approved" by billing LMAO. As if I need "approval". I am simply not going to pay for July. They are more than welcome to let the account keep going. :D
 
Does anyone have a solution for monitoring packet loss?

I'm aware of Smokeping but the current Docker is broken somewhere and they are still working on it.

Seems there is an option to use ntop as well which might work.

Stupidly I didn't port forward my SSH ports when resetting Router last night.

Yeah been using WinMTR when my laptop is at home but wanted something to run for days on end to build some data with the UnRAID box.

OS is kind of irrelevant really as I prefer to just use Docker images. Which is why Smokeping was perfect.

But I think I have enough options to try tonight, just don't have access to set it up now.

Only run Windows on my laptop so it moves around. Could fire up a VM I guess but too much work for one simple app.

Something not right. I cancelled on the 19th and got an email yesterday saying my cancellation date is 30 June:)

Thought I would give them a try, long story short I just cancelled, and that was after 4 days

Their live chat agents need way more training, they talk in circles contradicting themselves, its like chatting to a 8 year old kid who just overdosed on Benylin.
And no usage report, cant even log onto the portal as apparently you need to be added manually
