Been a trouble free weekend so far. Even gaming wise pings have been stable.
So far. So good again.

Anybody figured out yet why we are not getting usage e-mails?
Agree.Intentionally.
Although that doesn’t mean it’s not piss poor planning to take offline the old solution while you build a new one.
You build the new one first and then simply switch.
It’s also laughable that they post people to the Portal, which simply doesn’t work.
Try new york city please?

Is the Crystalweb client portal down?
Down for me as well.
Hopefully a good sign that it might finally becomes useful.
Please let us know what ISP you choose. I am looking for a change as well. I've seen the same issues CW has these days, before, with Openweb - no feedback... not being able to surf from around 5pm daily... Being given the runaround when logging calls... Suddenly bring throttled Oops I mean deprioritized... I still think all the nonsense started when they started with the free service during the day. I'd rather have a capped account, where I know exactly how much data I have to use, than the current option where most of the day is free, but you're too scared to disappear something incase you get throttled stating. That is when I get daily usage emails... Another red light flashing...performance has been crap for me today. I contacted support and they said that my international speeds being limited is probably due to me being deprioritized. i'm only at 350gb for the month, and I asked the guy is that considered a lot of data on a 20mb line. he said no. I also asked about my ticket that I logged last week Monday (and I had to follow up several times on now).
I then ask the guy why I should stay with CW considered i'm getting ****ty service, ****ty line speed. his response was I should just wait it out and I "may" get my full line speed back next month.
I would like to end this rant with that I submitted my cancellation with these guys..i. used to be a fanboi, but my personal sanity is more important than trying to punt them as a decent ISP. good thing is that I am stuck with them for another 6 weeks so it gives me time to do proper investigations on other ISPs.
The lack of daily usage mails and the change in the system with the deprioritze due to usage of wholesale amounts has left a sour taste in my mouth. No communication about the change in the system is just like form. Please let us know what ISP you choose. I am looking for a change as well.
