By the way - does the client portal work yet?

Once upon a time when I was with CW in the early days, I remember it was under construction. Then eventually they supplied login credentials, but it never showed any data or allowed you to manage your account at all.

For a lucky few. I gave up after a few months trying to get access to the portal.

Nobody is really sure what is going on with the portal. Some people have access other don't and other times support doea not know what you talk about when you mention the word "portal". Sometimes they are able to assist with quiries, sometimes the don't know anything.

But not a single word in this thread after they said they will respond. Mobile or not time for me to move on

Honestly I get the feeling they want to shed some of the ADSL customer base or the affected is portion small enough that the view is it's not worth spending the time/effort/money to resolve their issues.

Ditto. Huge focus on wireless and fibre.
