Ping was 320, 21h01 down to 180ms.

I have no complaints with my 150GB Xtreme account.
I'd have left it off even as a Telkom ISP client unless I waa s requested to turn it on it I was having problems.This is not really a CW issue, but the fact that I'm not a Telkom ISP customer is relevant, I believe.
I've just found that my router drops out for a few minutes while the Telkom ACS server to configure it ("Telkom ACS server is busy configuring the router"). There is a section "TR-069" in the router config (D-Link DSL2750U). I found something about this on myBB, but it wasn't really clear whether having this enabled for non-Telkom ISP customers has any value. I'm disabling it in the meantime to stop the random disconnects, but I was wondering whether there may be a good reason to put up with this behaviour?

Wow, very surprised at the 180 degree turn-around on CW feedback over the last few months. Was seriously considering them as a fibre provider. What happened?
