10/10 will recommend CW to all my friends!

I am still waiting for some official communication on the international issues being experienced by people. The ping problem is REALLY starting to irritate the hell out of me and I hate having to switch accounts out to other providers for a stable gaming sessions. This has been going on for 2 weeks now.

Come on CW...really.
 
I'm actually a bit annoyed with CW at the moment. I'll be moving to Fibre soon as they started trenching in our area and are aiming to complete in a months time. Now the majority of the other ISPs provide you with a router and free installation where as CW doesn't do that and charge you and activation fee of R999 as well. Been with them for years now and would like to stay with them but it doesn't make sense to pay someone for installation and activation and then have to buy my own router as well. Really hope they consider looking into this.

Those ISPs that give you the router and pay your activation will also claw that money back if you cancel within a year.
