Had brief chat with CW management and it appears they are indeed aware of the issue. The feedback given was that they are still trying to establish under what conditions the issue is present as it's clear its not as cut-and-dry as only/all CT and EC users being affected.
I did request/suggest that they make it known that they are working on resolving even though they don't have the exact root cause at present.
Will they have a talk with their support agents as well? Seems they pretty much just told everyone to look at their hardware, even though it was becoming clearer and clearer with every support ticket with similar issues, that it isn't hardware related.
