Crystal Web DSL performance feedback thread Part 4...

Hi

Haven`t been here for a while and noticed your Avatar now. I hope it`s not what I think ( and it looks like ) it is ?
 
So I kept the account for the house and went ahead with a WA account for all things gaming and downloading and streaming and it has actually been pretty smooth. Until today, I'm getting moans that there's awful lag and slow loading and streaming. Speedtests seem to show hella jitter and ping on the CW alone .... anyone else experiencing it atm?

Im having issues loading webpages, some dont load at all. But my netflix streaming is ok (using windows app though). And I need to get to EDX but alas :(

edit: never mind, even netflix is down now.

I am also having issues today. Speedtest looks normal, but I can't log into the World Of Tanks game server, and if I do get in, experience dropped packets and sporadic lag.
 
Major international outage from the looks of it. Can't even load Crystalweb's network notices page. On a Friday night :/

It just terminated my session with the WoT NA gaming server. Somehow streaming services are working great. My son can't even sign into the League Of Legends EU server.
 
Ye been up to shyte since last night. Doesn't seem to be any hurry to sort it out
 
Same here. I have a tank that jumps around the screen. Impossible to play. Seems like a routing issue. Ping keeps on fluctuating between 300ms and 500ms to the NA gaming server.

Crystal Web must be the ****etest ISP at the moment. Only cares about their Vumatel customers.
 
I've been with Crystalweb a long time, but I think given the performance over the last two years it's time I seriously look at alternatives.

I was thinking Vox, but recently it seems like Cool Ideas comes out top. Is Cool Ideas the best alternative?
