Crystal Web DSL performance feedback thread Part 4...

Right, its time for me now finally as well. Been down nearly the entire day now. Whats the process in terms of cancellation, before which date?
 
Mine is still OK? Did you speak to them? Mine went down on Monday morning then I realised that I hadnt changed my login details
I'm down as well. They say it's an open serve issue and fibre as well as adsl users are affected. Very nice indeed.
 
I spoke to Telkom earlier and they indicated that my line had been suspended. I hope we get some clear answers instead of technical difficulties as this isn't a mere hardware problem.

Oh hell no.... it wouldn’t surprise me if Telkom/ Open serve have pulled something since this whole evonet move

Because did we pay CW or Evonet

Yip, same issue here. My line is suspended and CW says it's a technical issue.
Doesn't make sense to me, they are clearly hiding something.

I regret moving my adsl part of my account over to CW - makes it a pain to leave them now.
 
Yeah same here. My line was "suspended" for no reason. All bills are paid. What is Crystalweb up to? It seems as though they are a ticking time bomb that's about to explode

Same with me... if it’s a line suspension then that can’t be good.
 
To hell with this. I’m moving my line to holding pool.

What happens now if we move to the holding pool, and another ISP picks up our line. Do we then have to pay them as well for the next few weeks a pro rata fee?

If this was a widespread openserve issue, why is it only affecting Crystal Web?
 
We're getting fibre in 2 months, was really hoping to just hang on to CW until then.
So much effort to get my line away from them now.

Do we just fill in the cancellation, and the line gets moved to the holding pool, or do we have to do the cancellation and request the line to be moved?

They say:

Please send us an email and request for your line to be moved back to the holding pool.
[email protected]
and they will let you know once its released

Yep, my line is also with them. And I’m guessing here big time, but a suspension generally means that the line hasn’t been paid for. We paid CW, it’s them that needs to pay Openserve the rental. Which if it didn’t happen, means open serve would say wel no money, we suspend your lines
 
According to live chat guy, my line is not suspended on their end. So I’m not sure what is going on
