So I'm not home to verify if my account with Telkom has been suspended or not but your did happen to me was month. Internet stopped working, went to CW Support who confirmed that my line was suspended, phoned Telkom and gave them grief because my account is fully paid both with ISP and them and they activated the account again.
Towards the end of September we get these emails requesting us to pay early before the first of the month or face having problems. I paid before the start of the new month.
My suspicion is that CW has not paid OpenServe for the bandwidth and we have been left out in the cold. If that is the case then leaving would be an extremely good idea and it supports what was posted before.
So how does this holding pool work? I'm thinking of moving my line to OpenServe and getting an uncapped account with Telkom. What's the most cost effective way to do the move?
