Did you do anything? Telkom says my line isnt suspended as well, but im still not connectedI was a on a chat with Telkom now and they said my line isn't suspended. My line is active now though and my internet is back up.
No idea what the Telkom guy did, if anything, but I appear to be up and running now. Hopefully it stays that way.

I still cant get in.. even though the line is no longer suspendedDidn't do anything nope. Last thing I did was reboot my modem on Friday, since then I haven't touched it.
Can I ask all affected parties to please email [email protected]. I know we are all planning to leave them since this latest debacle but heck you might get a refund of sorts for time lost over the weekend and it may just improve things for future. I have just done this and started the process of looking at getting a refund...

Side note my line was also suspended, should hopefully be taken off suspension within the next 30 minutes. Then we will see if my Internet connection works...

My line is down since Friday and when i spoke to CW support, i was told that there are issues with openserve.
After reading some of the comments, i decided to chat to telkom and my account is suspended.
What does this mean?
Thanks. Just chatted to telkom billing and i am now active again.Somebody at CW/Evonet didnt pay openserve or something related to the Evonet aquisition. So users who have their lines managed by CW, their lines were suspended despite us having paid for it. Phone Telkom back and ask them to remove the suspension for you, but phone billing dept. My line has bee unsuspended, but i still cant get a connection

Spoke to CW support now who says its an openserve issue and that management is dealing with it...no ETA.
They also cant give any info on any refunds

@Icemanbrfc I am in the same boat. Line is no longer suspended but I still don't have a connection at home. :/
