Pretty sure its the first ip* after its outside your network

that's the only way(that i know) to tell as other things could be isp

Second and third hop in most networks - anything above 15ms can indicate problems at the exchange.

EDIT might want to add that my home network is very large so those pings are BS and way higher than thye normal would be(WiFi through 2 stone walls)

don't test with the cybersmart server its in the middle of nowhere(sorry if you live near it lol) test with MTN one
try Frankfurt for int(it's where a batch of blizzard servers are )

or for me at least i tested with manual servers not automatic :/

oh yeh might as well add no way youll ever see that 3.5m+ unless your actually on a 10meg line(shared between 2 ppl in my case) because max speed on a 4mb line is 3.5m after overhead

International is still very poor. Had to switch to another isp as abilities weren't executing in both swtor and eso.
