It should be an optional thing - there is one case where a customer is receiving data eroneously that we can't change. Drop a chat or email and I'll be able to change the setting for you.

I personally like the daily usage mails, I cant say why as I don't need to know how much I used, but I like to know how much I used.

How does one get this service going? I sent an email last week but heard nothing so far. Is it only for testers at the moment?
if you mean usage emails, why would CW monitor another isps usage(even if they could) , if you mean exchange i believe they said it's for all who have read about it ^^

Do you think you guys will at any point offer a more budget uncapped option? Maybe in the <R150 for 2Mb price category?

such products will need to have FUPs that impair the product quite a bit and our focus is on providing quality to customers - support etc ... - so it doesn't look too promising on the desk of product offerings

Any eta on this international fix?

Implementation and config over the next week, speeds will start to improve as the week goes by. Read it earlier somewhere.

@CW: It's only 7 days in for me but I am really a happy chappy everything I use is running full speed. So far not one hiccup with Netflix, Nzb's running at line speed still and even though you international is busy being sorted out I am getting pretty solid performance.

You guys are doing a great job and I a little annoyed that every now and then you're getting attack by unhappy customers when they know full well when they signed up that this is a pre-launch product with no guarantees. Keep up the level of service and the awesome product offerings and I will stay a customer for a long time to come.

Most people rage because they can't play games without lag, and we all know lag causes violence. I have a backup account to play games on. But that is capped as 2 uncapped products are way to pricey. And when I play games my SO likes to watch netflix. And that is just gonna eat my backup account's cap.

I have had a great experience with gaming tbh.
My family streams Hulu in the lounge while I play CS:GO.
My pings sit around 50ms at the most on local servers.

Steam downloads at full speed all day as well.

Router in half-bridge mode, connected to your uncapped account.
Connect your capped account via dial-up networking on your games PC.

If you play on local servers y and steam downloads are fine.

But performance on international servers are terrible currently. Abilities failing to launch in both eso and swtor because of lag. Have had to switch to a backup account in order to play.:(

Ive also had serious issues with the CW account connecting to EU servers. SC2 is completely unplayable, but everything else is awesome. News server is going strong and browsing is great any time of the day unlike openweb.

I thought CW was fixing that international issue on friday?

Not at all can you come onto live chat:
visit www.crystalweb.co.za and you'll see a chat option. Select sales and let me look into this.

I wasn't talking about useage, etc. It seems from these thousands of posts that some people appear to be using Crystal Web as their ISP. I was wondering about how you sign up, the website still says "Coming soon". I entered an email but heard nothing further
