no changes to the current situation - equipment installed, initial configuration done, busy with testing and tweeking

Why does the thought of Paul and DJ tweaking internet hardware fill me with trepidation?

I have some good news to share with our customers.

Firstly, there are no reported delays on the new installation of capacity and the international fix.

Secondly, if for whatever reason there are any delays whatsoever to this process, and customers are still affected by poor speeds, I have arranged for temporary relief for you. I will post more about this once I have finalised a few things on our end, but remember that we really are always trying to look out for you.

So to sum up: no expected delays. If there are any delays, Crystal Web has a plan to ensure that you're not further put out by this.

Glad to hear all is going well, luckily I am one of the customers who have not had any issues at since I signed up. As far as I can tell everything I need to do on my account seems to be running full speed.

Might try and download Skyrim tonight and see how it goes.

Just on your CW account? Mine is running fine.

tested with 4 different ISP's get errors across them all so Telkom just received a polite phone call
