Yes, was PTR... Let me check standard

Standard - 700ms. Better, but not playable

I've asked support to verify that d3 gets treated as streaming and not P2P. Can't reconcile the ability to do 1080 Netflix with such bad d3 performance. Makes no sense.
 
I play LoL on EU and also have very unstable ping. Hopefully this will get sorted out once the hardware is integrated and configured.
 
Still pretty bad on the Wildstar side of things, switching over to "unnamed ISP free gig" account for tonight. Again.
Can't wait for this fix to go live, CW get dem whips out please!

Netflix just needs a fat pipe & buffers over any latency & throughput spikes. D3 needs stable latency. i.e. They're likely both affected, but netflix is inherently less vulnerable to it.

Just tested here on a 10Mb line with a 10Mb uncapped account and it's streaming without a hitch.

Can you forward this to support for us to have a look at please?
 
just a note for streamers though: the score is not a result of some sort of problem on the stream

From the Cape to Pretoria, also having a very weird internet experience here. Slow, Fast, dead, Timeout, repeat. And no my exchange, pings, tracert's are fine (Tested on AH 1GB free). :) Sorry it became a habit saying those things in the AH forum. :P

To/on which specific services are you experiencing this?

We directed all of the bandwidth to us so we could be sure of no streaming issues during the football. :p


But in all seriousness this is the sort of thing that needs to be reported to support as it's definitely not normal, and not a symptom of anything we're doing on our side.
