This polishing of the car idea has been bounced around and we've concluded that we can't second staff to clients due to the labour broker issue, but this doesn't apply to seconding staff as part of an educational mission to ICT companies. There are quite a few Telkom trokkies that could do with a polish (not the ones involved in deploying alternate forms of FTTC - fibreglass to the curb) and clients who would benefit from having a techie on site. The staff receive an educational experience of mentorship by a Telkom techie. Of course we'll need to approach Telkom on this
