A normal ADSL Modem.. nothing fancy.

I walked into the ops centre at about 7:55 and the support desk is fielding a dozen queries or so and additional hands put on deck.

It was mainly around billing on the new pricing.

I'm still on the 200GB unshaped acc well under my 200GB usage (I think) so I can wait a bit longer.

Something I neglected to ask support yesterday:

I've purchased a 100gb capped, unshaped account with the option to use the account on 3 concurrently connected lines. All 3 lines are 10mb lines. Will all 3 connected lines run at maximum speed?

CW, sorry, for my clarity, do I need to pay the difference between my current charge and the Fusion charge, on my Aug invoice?

I apologise if this is not meant to be asked in this domain, but are you willing to share your charges regarding the increase to the unshaped pool on the Fusion accounts beyond the standard allowances?
