Sent an email to support, HMHY stuffz.

D3 completely bonkers again tonight. Free gig bailing me out once again!

Got my PfSense box running again, gonna have some fun with it this weekend

Decided that it was time to make some changes.

New website (still temp)
New support portal (very temporary)
New chat
New ways to sign up
New info about our fibre offerings
Customer Relationship Agreement Added

It's not even remotely what the final site looks like (and our developers are going to berate me later, I'm sure), but we needed to make some changes.

More changes to come in the days and very few weeks ahead now. Expect a more functional portal, payment options, better looking site, more products, and a few other secret goodies up our sleeves.

www.crystalweb.co.za

This young dog is going to finally get some sleep. Which is a new trick for me, these days.

Hmmm I kind of miss the old site, with the crystals in the background, info straight in the middle of the page etc.... Or maybe I just got used to it. It was a refreshing design that was something different from the banner on top type thing. Just my opinion though, the temp site also looks cool. :)

Hmm... it looks a little squashed on mobile...

Edit: support.crystalweb.co.za gives SSL error.

Yeah there's no SSL cert on there yet. It's only support - not transactional.

But that design was incredibly limiting in terms of what one could do. There was no way to really add anything to it properly.

But this is again just another temp site until the completed site is finished.

Ahh yes with you on that. Shame have you even slept at all?

Speaking of SSL, the identity on the cert on the smtp server is wrong. Can you fix?

Starting to look good.

On the support portal. I went there via the invite. After submitting my password it just sits on that screen, no futher activity.
Going to one of the tabs, it says I must sign in. It then tells me I have an invalid password. I choose the "Forgot Password" option, enter my email & the capta and click submit, once again it does not go further or send me an email.

I have enabled both cookies & scripts.

No rush, get some sleep rather, I don't need any support yet. ;)

Argh, now that I know about it I'm going to have to go fix it. :p

And on that note, I bid you..............................................................
