heh, i have faith in my dd-wrt setup to protect me.

i've dialled up with an IS account now, and have no packet loss... thoughts?
 
Is there any reason why this keeps happening, usually around this time at night?

Downloads currently at 0KB/s.

Will have to send it off to the guys to look at. At this time of night the NNTP server gets hit with massive incoming connections per second as shaping relaxes. It could be due to this, but we'll need to get you to PM me your news server access info and we'll investigate it for you.

Tried it now and got the same: 502 Authentication failure (no token)

Won't it help if you limit the connections from 10 to 4 per user? Also if the account is wide open IE can run it at home and work at the same time, that can also be a problem. :)
 
Just a quick notice.
Account is working perfectly and haven't had a disconnection as yet :)

They were actually trying to get approval first before sending a business quote off - I'm here to take care of it now though for you. :)
