Where are your prices on your site, CW?
advice incoming...On the home page - just gotta scroll down. And then on all line speed product pages in the signup form as well.

When browsing your site via my office PC I cannot see your pricing at all! However, after I made that post I tried using my phone and I could see the prices.
Re-look at that as that issue probably lost you loads of revenue already. I work for a telecoms company so there's potentially 1000's of my colleagues aka broadband junkies who's browsing your site and had the same experience as I had. In fact I was on your site a few times after launch and just gave up as I couldn't find the prices![]()
I'll drop you a PMAppreciate the feedback. We haven't officially launched yet though - only to the mybb community for now and extended family and friends who find us by word of mouth. launch is scheduled for, well, very soon.
The website will also be changing considerably.
I can't replicate the problem on my end here though. Not on any devices. Is the pricing table blocked or is the site cut off on the bottom? Those pricing tables aren't using any fancy JS or anything so not sure what could cause this. Would appreciate any feedback you can provide.![]()

We'll be making some cool changes to the site as we ready for the launch in <insert secret time-frame here>

I must say that's very unintuitive. Makes it very hard to see all your package prices at once.
Which also doesn't make sense as some people might change their speed depending on the data price. So then you force them click and scroll down multiple times.
Just look at the way Afrihost, Web Africa and even Openweb do it. You can see all the different packages on one page with all of them.

I'm not sure what you're seeing but I see this on the home page when I scroll down:
I didn't have to click multiple times ... and I can see all the prices together.
Will you be releasing any capped packages soon?
Like I said. It's not intuitive. Crystal Web is the only ISP that has it on the home page. When I go to an ISPs website th first thing I do is click on the "packages" or "products" link.
For Crystal web it's this:
http://crystalweb.co.za/products.html
On that page you can't see all the packages pricing. All you see is this:
View attachment 158076
No pricing is listed there. Very frustrating.
Having something so important below the fold on the home page isn't a good idea at all.
No problem. I've got a MyBroadband username field in our CRM but on signup it will only serve to confuse non-mybroadband users, and as much as we'd like to encourage traffic this way, it can't be at the expense of strain on support structures in any way. I'm afraid that once our agents start waxing lyrical about how awesome mybroadband is, they won't stop.*
*Cheque, please...
You're right to a large degree and as mentioned, the site is going to go through a revamp over the next couple of days and weeks with some great upgrades, including design layout changes.
But bear in mind, that just because another ISP does it one way, doesn't mean we'll follow suit. I'm okay with being a little different with our site, support, and products. Un-intuitive is not what we're going for though.
Sadly it does sound like classic exchange congestion. But there are ways to test. We've adopted a standardised support system for testing now and it can found here, step by step which you can follow and send the data to us - https://support.crystalweb.co.za/po...ort-a-problem-to-crystal-web-step-1-9-10-2014 (you will need to register on the portal first, and there is an SSL cert warning for now - actual support portal goes live this month).
In our help centre you will also now find a few other knowledgebase articles on common topics like slow speeds, packet loss, and so on.
