I can confirm that the international link has gone down in London, and it seems to have gone down at the primary peering point in London by the looks of things. Unlikely to be directly related to us. We will investigate for you and keep you informed.

Yeah we're waiting on them to finish this ridiculous authorisation process for 20Mbps for your line.

Hope this wont be the case with mine, when I upgraded to 20Mbs back in August it took 12 hours from the first PM to Charl.
