If you already have an ADSL account on your router:
1. go to 10.0.0.2 in your browser
2. type admin for the password and "Login"
3. click on internet setup
4. tick the box and click on edit
5. scroll down to "PPP Username and Password" and enter your username and password you've received from Crystal Web
6. scroll down to the bottom and click "Next" and then "Apply" - it should now connect
Thanks I tried this and it doesnt work. It keeps on saying connecting

There are some reports of slower international connectivity which we are investigating which is probably the root cause of this...
Got this when I contacted support.
The following update relates to your recent Crystal Web Ticket Non Connectivity: http://support.crystalweb.co.za/helpdesk/tickets/202
Tracert is fine so no direct connectivity issues. It looks like it's a symptom of our international link issues. Hold tight, we're working on resolving this, but as network strain increases the link seems to be going down, then the system cycles through accounts to give priority randomly.
We're working on a solution to this and will keep you informed. It's intermittent, so it won't always be this way, and it will be fixed soon.
So I guess hang in there.![]()
Some unexpected international strain at the moment. Guys are investigating as we can't see the root cause on our end. There is a known issue with the link which is currently being worked on which we're hoping is the cause here, in which case we apologise and there may be some inconsistency for now, but will be resolved soon...
