OK so to use nzb i set up my sabnzb, now i just need to go to any index site and download and load the nzb file right?

Il set up sickcbeard later.
 
Been having a blast with the service so far and the transparency here on the forums and other communications are great and refreshing.

I have a couple of acquaintances that can't wait for launch.

Also did not receive details; sent a request via update portal a few moments ago.
Looking forward to testing it over the weekend.

Apologies for dropping the ball on a few news server details. They'll all be going out today.

API settings for usenet services are software dependent, so your API will be specific to your install rather than with our server.

Well they are more site specific tbh. Each news site that host nzb's, or the popular ones like the former nzbmatrix had api's you needed to input into sickbeard for instance to be able to pull the nzb and push it to sabnzbd.

I think you're confusing a Usenet service, with a NZB Indexer. CW has a Usenet server, not a indexer ;) There's no way that you're getting NZB's and so on from CW.

Correct. We do not index NZBs...

I am using NZBSA API so what savage says make sense.
 
Well yeah that's what I meant lol. When I pointed to nzbmatrix I was referring to a nzb indexer, I don't think i said a place like supernews for instance would have api's, or well I never saw it while I was with supernews and I do understand that CW will not host NZB's itself. maybe my wording was wrong in my previous reply. :p

Sickbeard uses an API to search, and another API to queue up the downloads in sabnzbd/torrent client
Sabnzbd does not use an API to connect to NNTP servers, it uses NNTP for that :p
 
New CrystalWeb credentials are flying along! :D Man my wife is going to be super happy when she gets home. Now she can watch OITB in full HD quality! :D Thank you CrystalWeb for saving my weekend! :p

Please note that you will over the course of the next 30 minutes start to receive your new migration details if you have requested a temporary migration.

We are currently testing the accounts on our end, and there appears to be an even bigger issue with the migration accounts, but only on the 2Mb speeds. It is a very odd situation that we are investigating. We are not yet transferring any 2Mb customers to these new profiles as we are simply not happy with their performance, and we know you won't be either. Currently the Crystal Clear 2Mb accounts are operating far better than the temporary accounts.

All other customers will receive their new details shortly from our support team.
