Does the invite include plane tickets?

So we took all of your feedback regarding live chat on board and have spent the last two days fixing it.

Also moved the default position fro centre of the screen to the bottom right on advice of customers - it feels more natural there.

The packet loss isn't constrained to Gauteng alone.

Also experiencing international packet loss from Durban...

When you opened a chat previously the chat window was centre overlayed. We've moved the chat window to the bottom right, out of the way. The chat notification button is centre left of the screen as well to make it more visible while keeping it out of the way.

I like the fact that I can drag the chat window where ever I want, nicely done.

All support systems are 100% operational again, and apologies for the blackout yesterday. We had some power issues and a fright when we discovered that the generator was no longer working either.

Well I tried Defiance (US Server) last night via CW again, still a bit slow, but much better. Yes, yes I know you lot play that boring D3 game (ducks and hides), but yeah Defiance is a nice benchmark for me to test international latency.
